Third, God does not refuse the wishes of the poor and desolate. No refusal to answer their prayer causes their lack of success.

He'll consider the prayer of the destitute, and maybe not despise their prayer. (KJV)

Within the above scripture, the phrase, hate means to refuse. Put simply, God won't reject the hopes of the destitute. Additionally, He will absolutely respect them! Think of it! God hears the prayers of the destitute and desperate.

Also Job saw these things. H-e saw that God won't turn his back about the disadvantaged. He'll perhaps not cast them aside. He'll hear their prayer and do something positive about their dilemmas.
